Zach Collins will remain out of action indefinitely, after undergoing an ankle surgery on Wednesday.
Collins had surgery to repair a left medial malleolus stress fracture and there is no timetable for his return to action.
Collins has been sidelined since mid-August and had another surgery on September 1.
