FAU-G Team DeathMatch mode beta released on Android

The developer of the Indian-made game FAU-G, nCORE Games, had previously spoken about the beta release of the Team DeathMatch mode on June 21. However, nCORE did not meet that deadline. FAU-G finally received its first multiplayer mode in the form of Team DeathMatch beta.

The FAU-G Team DeathMatch beta file is 300MB and is now available for download. However, there are only limited places available. It means that you will have to download the Early Access version soon if you want to test the game before the official version is released.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar tweeted about the game and its Team DeathMatch mode, mentioning that there are only limited slots available.

Fearless and United Guards is an action game developed by the Bangalore-based company nCORE Games that was released worldwide on January 26, 2021 for Android and iOS. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is the brand ambassador for the game and also serves as a mentor in the development process.

Team DeathMatch mode is a multiplayer mode that is different from the campaign version of the main story that was released a while ago. In Team DeathMatch, players must team up with other online players or their friends and fight enemy players in a 5v5 battle. FAU-G will also get a battle royale mode, however details on this mode are scarce at this time.

Ncore Games Co-Founder and COO Ganesh Hande said in an interview with IGN: “We will most likely find a different map for that. But it is too early to reveal details about it. ”

Team DeathMatch currently only consists of a single map, known as Bazaar, which takes place in a fictional city in Rajasthan known as Udaighat. It is inspired by the Jaisalmer Fort and the markets around Udaipur and Jaipur.

nCORE is also using FAU-G’s bazaar map to include posters with messages relevant to the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Team FAU-G’s DeathMatch mode will introduce pistols and other new weapons for the first time. The developer had released the game with only a single player campaign mode with only melee and melee weapons.

Team DeathMatch mode finally introduces multiplayer along with weapons like guns, bombs, and more. The launch of the FAU-G Team DeathMatch mode comes around the same time that Krafton released Battlegrounds Mobile India, the renamed India-specific version of the immensely popular PUB-G Mobile.
